The origins of our cellar
The experience gained over decades of vinification has allowed us to produce wines that enhance the character of the territory and express its essence.
A young winery, based on the production of quality wines without the stakes of centuries-old tradition.
The project was born from a young winemaker, Giovanni, who after completing his studies decides to enter the wine market by exploiting the know-how perfected by previous generations.
Development and innovation converge in the bottle to give life to new wines, with the help of lands historically suited to wine production.
“I have always enjoyed working in the vineyard, especially during the harvest period when in the village, due to the numerous wineries present, you can breathe the scent of the must.
Now I can carry on my passion and follow the winemaking process in the cellar, transforming the grapes into wine.
The grapes we vinify are produced from our own vineyards at the foot of the Berici Hills, in the Lonigo area (Vicenza, Veneto, Italy) respecting the environment and the complex ecosystem of the vine.
The vineyards grow on free land, the viatat surface is divided into 5 traditional varieties: Merlot, Cabernet, Garganega, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay and four new disease-resistant clones for 100% sustainable viticulture, such as Bronner, Souvignier Gris and two innovative clones of Merlot and Cabernet. "
